Is there a free trial for Pro or Plus?
We don't offer a traditional free trial, but the Free plan lets you explore the full directory with up to 20 profile views per month. This way you can experience the quality of our data before upgrading to unlock AI features.
Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?
Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No long-term contracts, no cancellation fees.
How are AI query letter generations counted?
Each time you generate a new query letter from scratch counts as one generation. Refining or editing an existing letter uses your refinement credits instead. Credits reset at the start of each billing month.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing is charged once per year at a discounted rate, saving you the equivalent of over two months compared to monthly billing. You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time.
How fresh is the agent data?
Our automated pipeline crawls and updates agent profiles weekly. We pull data from agency websites, MSWL listings, and industry sources, then verify it with AI. You will always see when a profile was last updated.
